Dear Brian M. Brain

I don’t know how to put this but I’m leaving you.

When it comes to sourcing there are lots of things which you can’t (or don’t want to) do. It shouldn’t be that way – I need a system that will help me with everything I want to do and even show me things I have never done before.

You have always been so inflexible. I don’t think you really understand me and what I need. You just sit there, on my screen, and I always have to do things the way you want. I want to do things the way I want to! It’s really not too much to ask. And when I call your helpline to explain what is wrong which often happens, I want to speak to someone who really cares. Someone who understands my needs and gives me the answers I need. I just don’t get that from you.

I know lots of people say that ‘it’s me, not you’ but in this case I think it is you. I’ve outgrown you and even though you can’t change, I can. I just need a system that will always be there for me. Who has my interests at heart and sources better than everyone else.

And that’s why I’m leaving you for TrigoldCrystal.
